Mixed Bag with a Twist was a Francis Marion University Theater department production that wanted a poster that was very bold and colorful that didn't feel childish. Mixed Bag with a Twist was a Cabaret evening, so I decided to use heavy imagery associated with cabaret evenings using black silhouettes with pops of bold complimentary colors. Cabaret evenings were most popular during the roaring 20s, so I added a lot of art deco elements to the design as well. I created 3 posters but only the teal and orange design was used for advertising.
